Bad work culture. They train snarky drivers and block traffic in very unsafe ways. I tried to call in and naturally they don't have information to submit because they have high turn over as it is. Please stop using Amazon. Support anything else

Can't seem to get what I what on the day they claim it will be delivered. 9 times a single item hasn't made it on the day they said it would. If I could give zero stars, I would. 5 miles from my home and you can't get it right.

80% of my packages this month have been stuck or lost at the Culver City Amazon carrier facility. A package arrives at this Culver City carrier facility, and then gets stuck there and either delayed for at least a week or lost. Unacceptable.

Truck turn right and go around back . Lot is kind of tight if multiple trucks in be patient staff usually gets you in and out quick
