A lot of criminals are employed at this location under Amazon and they will steal your packages. This has happened for the second time with them and we have to wait until Monday to file an incident report but we are going to file more than just that. Our complex is victim to same day deliveries coming out of new Windsor and being marked delivered right outside of our neighborhood. Amazon in Hudson Valley is criminal and they do not have qualified couriers employed at this location. Have your orders sent to a locker location. These employees steal from Amazon customers

My experience is actually with your Prime delivery service. I am STILL receiving packages by my door---in the BACK of the house (down the hill)---that are meant for my tenant(s), who live by the FRONT of the house (by the wooden walkway), and vica versa.

I live at New Windsor, at 17 Hillington Rd.

I am in Unit "C" in the BACK. The tenants are in Units "A" and "B", in the FRONT. Please STOP mis-delivering.

They ruin my Christmas! Driver not once but twice did not deliver the packages, I was tracking him the whole time and I was one stop away and saw him ride right by my house, that package hours later stated there was an issue with delivery and I had to cancel and reorder, it happen again! Corporate please look into this amazon facility and it's drivers, The packages were Christmas gifts that won't be underneath the tree this year. I'm so upset:(

Worst delivery ever! Have signs on door stating please leave packages inside, this is the door to the apartment building, my apartment is inside yet the evening driver continues to leave packages outside to get stolen. I live inside this building not on the outside. Every other driver leaves packages at my door which is what is stated on my Amazon account.

The delivery driver lied and said he made an attempt to deliver my prime package. I was sitting two feet from the door and no one came here. The driver said he couldn’t access my front door which is a lie. Two thumbs down to idiots that can’t get a simple job done!

I just want to give a big thank you to Mike and Tyler at this facility. I was eagerly expecting a package that was showing that it sitting at this facility but was not yet enroute to be delivered to my home. Since we are only 30 minutes away, I went on the Amazon app and asked the chat person if I could go and pick it up myself. They incorrectly told me I could and didn't need to notify anyone, I could just show up.

Fortunately, Tyler and Mike were outside. When they saw me wondering around trying to find where to go to obtain my package, they stopped and offered to help. They were able to track down my package and get me on my way. I would have been so lost without them. They were courteous and professional! Thank you!!

The New Windsor Facility has the worst drivers. Packages either never show up, or they end up at the wrong house. Two boxes were to be delivered by 3:15pm and just before 5pm the driver took my packages BACK to the facility. Today I still do not have my packages and they are not "out for delivery." The delivery drivers are useless and retarded. Fire them all and hire competent workers.

never any updates and super late even though i paid for overnight shipping. still waiting on it. wish there was at least a phone number so i could track it down myself but no. it’s “out for delivery” except the arrival time is 7am TOMORROW a whole day past when i paid for it to be here.
