This place NEVER has consistent hours. I had to come 3 different times to get a return processed. The first time I didn’t realize they aren’t open on Saturday, the second they randomly closed outside of the posted hours, and the third time I had to wait outside because they’re apparently always on break (after seeing the other photo someone posted). Jeffrey- you’re a freaking billionaire. Pay some staff a livable wage so they want to work here.

When coming here to run FLEX. There is a sign that say Amazon Flex right in front of the Amazon hub. You will come through that lane and wait until they start allowing the loading process to start. You may see an orange barrier if you are the first one and that’s okay, as long as you see Amazon hub you are in the right spot. You will wait and while you wait, in your app if this is your first time press start travel, then I’ve parked, and verify yourself with a photo, then wait to be verified by ID through the Amazon personnel.

Amazon was like a North Korean labor camp with supervisors shouting on megaphones all day that sounded like Korean. The conditions were extreme depending on the weather. I usually left there after a 5 hour shift dripping wet with sweat in the hotter months. They promised that job opportunities would open up after one year of service, but that was a lie. Then they demanded you start working 15 hour shifts for 4 days a week. A 5 hour shift was hell. I quit because of the false promises and the working conditions.

The amount of times this location is actually open when their hours say they’re open is a 50/50 dice roll.

You might get an “out for lunch, be back in 3 hours” note or “sorry, we’re randomly closed for 2 days” note…

Sorta wild if you ask me, but honestly, I can’t pretend to know how anything really works these days. All I have to say about mapping yourself to this location is: May the dice roll gods be ever in your favor.

This place is always kind of hit and miss on where you will deliver to. Alot of times I get routes way out in the country on ranches that torture my low sitting car. I will always be in shock and awe of how it felt to rattle over cattle guards. Its nice to get a 3 hour route that has 2 stops but it adds up on gas when you are 2 hours into it and you finished but you are 1.5 hours away from home.

The staff are wonderful, hands down. But... be prepared for sudden changes in hours of operation, technical glitches with the lockers, locked doors during operating hours. Is there no site to find up-to-date info?

The staff today, March 3, 2025, was rude and ill-mannered. A couple of older women, who should be mature and respectful, but they provide very poor service and mistreat us Amazon Flex drivers. I feel sorry for them but it is not our fault that they do not like their job. They are frustrated people.

If you don’t have enough packages to give to Amazon flex drivers , please teach your associates to follow correct protocol and scan their ID. Monday morning , 10/21/2024 around 3:15 AM, the person that’s supposed to scan the Amazon flex drivers did NOT and told us to go home. Well my app wouldn’t let me use it all day or grab any shift because it was needing me to sign in. We were told we were going to get payed but since the Amazon warehouse worker did not correctly sign us in , we will not be payed! Please do your job correctly. And Management, please show your employees how to correctly check in an Amazon driver that is there during their block but is sent home due to over booking and not enough packages!
