They don’t pay attention and check things before sending products out. I had ordered a dog leash that I could wear around my waist. When I got it, I couldn’t close the buckle because it had two outies and no innie. Please check product before sending to the customer.

I ordered something it was delivered yesterday which was the 16th of February that my package was empty someone stole what was in the package and it came from your delivery center You gotta check your delivery drivers or someone at that facility is taking stuff out of packages.

It is very convenient and simple to pick up orders. I will have my orders delivered to the pickup station because I'm afraid that someone will take my packages off my porch.

They don’t hire nobody they just make you keep coming back to refill out the application they tell you they’ll call you in 12 - 24hrs then you never here back from them unless you call them then try tell you come back and you have to go thru the application process & interview again wouldn’t recommend

I honestly don't know what the difference is between delivering from a personal account order or a business account order, but Cicero Hub needs to get it together. When I order from my personal account, I get my packages with no issues. But when I order from my business account, they constantly deliver a block away smh. The driver literally has no excuse other than pure laziness to double-check the address. I live on Place not Street and even put in delivery instructions to double-check and even list the color of my porch and house. Out of 10 deliveries from my business account, ONE was dropped off at my house.

Have to add to my original review since it's only letting me write a review once. My first one, from 9months prior, was about their laziness reading delivery instructions. Now I have to worry about DRIVERS stealing my package after they take a picture of it and mark it delivered!!! Idk if they thought I'd blame a neighbor or something, but I know that not the case. Isn't there a whole reason we pick time slots. My 7am-11am window turned into my ordered being delivered at 5am. Fine, no problem, it came early wonderful. That was my thought. I leave for work at 6am, so as I leave, only to find my package is NOWHERE in sight. My block is DEAD at 6am, not to mention I'm my own neighborhood watch. This warehouse needs a call number so I can file a complaint directly to the warehouse cause calling Amazon support is just the most unhelpful situation half the time.

I ALWAYS have problems with getting orders from this warehouse. Today I was in the lobby waiting for my delivery and all the sudden it said "delivered, signed for by me and left at reception "..I saw no drivers and we have no reception area in my building nor did I sign for it.
