Do better!!! All of the handicap and drop off parking spots were taken by employees. The cars in the handicap spots did not have tags or placards.

All the handicapped parking and spaces designated for pickup/drop off were taken by employees. None had handicapped tags or placard. I on the other hand did, and also had several packages. I was the first one there when it opened and not a single space available. If my only free drop off option is now the amazon locker hub, at least make sure your employees aren't using all the spaces. I literally saw 2 employees returning to those spaces as i was leaving. DO BETTER AMAZON, or I'll have to rethink ordering from you.

I pay for prime but rarely does anything arrive on time anymore. I think I will drop prime soon. What's the point? Also some of the drivers can't keep the tires on the driveway. A 10 dollar item often turns into a 3 hour job repairing my yard. They can do better

Signage could be improved. When I was there, Google maps directed me to the wrong entrance. You should enter at the light on Lake Lanier Islands Parkway, not Buford highway. Even after entering at the correct place, some additional signage would have helped get me to the right place. The hub is on the corner adjacent to the employee entrance.

The driver was wonderful!!!! Chatted with her for a moment then as I was walking into my son’s place, I tripped and she came up the steep driveway and helped me up , rang the doorbell and only left after my son came out!!! She was friendly even prior to my fall!!!! What a wonderful person….thank you!!!

I have made deliveries in this place for a long time but today I took a block to pick up at 3 am and believe me at this time this place is a disaster, they have no organization whatsoever, very poor coordination, and in addition the employees to this time they are xenophobic and racist, I will not return to this place in the morning hours.

30 minutes after loading my order they allowed me to leave the station. THEY ARE A TOTAL DISASTER

Had my package set to deliver here next to avoid it being stolen as it's a high value item. Package was received and processed only to be set to out for delivery and what i can only imagine put on a truck. And now to be told that. If it's not deliver by 7 I will have to pick up tomorrow. Never using this place again.

Not happy about having to wait 30 mins to leave with my packages because the lead supervisor and another employee wants to yell at me to stay behind someone with a 5 hrs block when I was ready to leave with my 3 hr block. When we finish loading let us leave. Very unorganized n unprofessional.
