Went there because I wasn't sure where my roommate worked I just knew it was Amazon. I talked to a HR representative, they said he didn't work there but they would contact where he did work. Turns out where he did work for Amazon did not get any message from Aza 9. I went there to let them know my roommate had an emergency surgery, and cannot contact them. Finally where he did work sent a message with a phone number and we contacted them.

My experience was a good one working here. I was given all the tools and training I needed to be successful at my job. As long as you come to work and your job, you will accrue unpaid time and paid time off for every hour that you work. They offer training in different modalities and offer ways to advance or stand pat if you so choose. This facility is part-time only except for management and overnight, but that was fine for my needs at the time. I have since moved on to a full-time position with a different company, but my experience was a positive one. Some of the management team that made my experience a good one were Tim, Bill, Ebony, Shelby, Michelle, A.J., Amy, and Hector, to name a few.

Do not deliver here if it's a live unload. They are very slow and don't care about your time. Makes no sense that I can unload a trailer in 15 Mins with a pallet jack, but they have forklifts and you're waiting for forever. People really need to hire employees that actually want to do their jobs.

11:30 pm you need to check your gaurd shack to enforce all the rules to ALL DRIVERS and stop letting your Spanish speaking drivers slide by. Conversing with her Spanish buddy who CLEARLY isn't wearing a vest but immediately begins speaking aggressively to me like a child about a vest, meanwhile saying NOTHING to her Spanish speaking buddy. ALL DRIVERS NEED TO WEAR VEST INCLUDING YOUR SPAINSH SPEAKING BUDDIES. Talk to drivers with the same respect youd want, not like children.

the main reason why I felt like I was discharged is that I was being a target for them anything that other people would do they'll let them fly with it but when somebody else would do it they don't get on their case but when I do it they start getting on my case so I felt like I was targeted every time like if I see someone with a headphone in or anything like that they're looking directly at them but when I do it they start tracking me okay how come you're going to walk up on me but you're not going to walk up on that person I have a headphone in it so they have favorite but the reason is that their communication skills are very bad they told me nothing about they blocked off this area even though I was trained in that area they never told me that area was blocked off falsely terminated for no main reason for something I did not know

Do not... I repeat do not come here to deliver! I have 12 pallets, and it has taken them 2 doors and over 2 hrs to unload. I could have unloaded a whole trailer in 30 mins and here we r over 2 hrs later and still waiting. No one seems to care about ur time. They all just ho hum and make up excuses. Don't think u can rub 2 brain cells together with the people that run this place.

One of the worst jobs I have ever had. Safety Safety There is no safety here. They're worried about you wearing safety toe shoes instead of the highly repetitive strain put on the body from doing the same thing every day over and over again without any regard for ergonomics whatsoever. Report and injury and they down play it so they don't have to do paperwork or report it to worker's comp

Small building compared to others I’ve been in. Maybe a fourth of the employees that are at a larger one. This building only works 5 hour shifts, so it’s perfect for those that may have another job .
