This Amazon location is absolute trash! They don't deliver packages and they tell lies about delivering them. I can tell from these videos posted on Google that there's no one actually doing any work which is why the ball is getting dropped on deliveries.

The worst. I ordered an iPhone 14 last Thursday, and it's still not here. I've seen so many prime trucks come through my neighborhood, yet no delivery for me. They seriously suck at their jobs.

Order two electric bikes for my kids. Both were shipped at the same time. Both arrived at your facility on the same day. Only one was delivered to us. I can't get in contact with anyone there. We worked so hard to afford this Christmas for our children. You've officially ruined Christmas fo us. We ordered weeks before Christmas to make sure we got them on time. How am I going to tell one of my children that Christmas isn't happening for them this year? I wish I could give zero stars. If this bike was stolen from my child.. their Christmas present! Then I pray you work hard to figure out which employee stole it.

Package was delayed for a week then I never received it told the merchant to contact the facility they said they couldn’t even get a hold of them . lol but I see why nobody is able to receive their package looks like they to busy dancing .

Amazon corp told me they will shut them down next year depending on how they do holiday season. That should tell you how terrible this location is. If your package is in union city, you will never receive it.

This Amazon fulfillment/distribution location is horrible. They were supposed to deliver a package yesterday which was 12–28–22. They delayed my package for no logical or apparent reason. When I contacted Amazon customer service, they were no help because they do not have no direct contact information or number to the fulfillment/distribution locations. Customer Service don’t even have a logic reason on why my package was delayed either. This is not the first time the Union city, Georgia, Amazon fulfillment/distribution location has done this to me. All of my other deliveries for yesterday from Amazon were delivered except for the items from this location. This is not the first complaint that this location has, and I’m sure it will not be the last, however, it seems apparent that no one is holding the Union city, Georgia, Amazon fulfillment/distribution location, accountable. Things need to change before a lawsuit happens!

Looked at the reviews because my order is stuck at this spot. Come to know, they all are having the same issues as me. My package was supposed to come today, but it’s probably lost in this facility.
