As a flex driver, this location is very unorganized. The workers never have your cart ready until the last minute and does not allow the full 15 minutes to load because they were late. My route started at 3:15am and they didn’t start scanning id’s until 3:15. We got on the paid a few minutes after and wasn’t allowed out of the car until 3:22. The ambassador only allowed us 7 minutes to load 42 packages and kept yelling do not sort packages. Where am I supposed to sort my packages if not on the pad. I’ve been doing flex for over 5 years and each new group of workers get worse

Absolutely HORRIBLE how they treat their employees. They don’t pay everyone what they are owed when it’s time. The managers complain about doing the BARE minimum and even that for them is to much. They overwork who they hire and then complain about the quality of the employees but they expect them to do MORE for less. The overall way this place is managed is horrible and needs to be investigated. They will have a law suit on their hands if they don’t get it together. I absolutely blame who is running this company and not the workers. The workers can only do so much given the circumstances.

It a nice place to work with on my orders and it seems to be a friend company that is trying to figure out how to get their business in order to work with the customer and company that they do business with.
I think they need to get people who know how to run a business in their warehouse and do it safely as possible.
If people who have a job cares about how well they can do that job, this place will be great.
Some of them doses I can tell the difference between the one who doesn't care about the customers.

It is so sad that it has come to this. But after practically begging for fair treatment and denied, I was left with no other choice. No only do they have the world's worst delivery drivers that either can't read numbers and directions, but my orders are rarely on time. !nd Amazon has allowed anyone 3rd party to sell their products on their site as long as Amazon is making money, with no regard to the customer. I purchased a heat press($197.15)with a 2 year warranty, contacted Amazon to have it replaced because I was still within my warranty time frame. They refused and said the previous supervisor did not handle the return properly, so I have to pay for a mistake the supervisor made. I have been dealing with so much from them to be treated like this. They are nothing like they use to be. I hope and pray they answer to God for the way they treat their customers... I !m also contacting the BBB.

Today one of your drivers came into our neighborhood.. was behind me leaving. As I went over the speed bumps he almost hit me. Then went around me very fast cut over in front of me and came to a dead stop in front of me.Then turned his van blocking the. exit. as I stand beside my car taking pictures and dialing the cops. He races beside me I have to jump out of the way. Then he makes his 2nd upturn over the speedbumps again and then comes so close to myself and my car that his mirror moved my hair!!!
