I was here for a pick up appointment for 1pm checked in at 10am was out by 12:15pam not bad at all. Must drop trailer at door and unhook.

I had a 4 pm sched appointment. Arrived at 3:15 pm. Checked in…personnel were very courteous, professional and kind. Was assigned a dock immediately. Was totally loaded by 4:45 pm. I came to this shipper skeptical because of the previous reviews. Personally, I have nothing negative to say about this shipper. They go by your appointment time, not the time you arrive.

Don’t come here. These people have no courtesy to over the road drivers, no respect they will tow you or kick you outta here if you try to sleep here. Horrible place owner operators stay away. The big shot old guy with glasses will wake you up and tell you to leave.

Just remember if it weren’t for us over the road drivers you guys would be out of business

Driver came at 10 pm and they took him right away empty at 10:30pm . Appointment was for next day 9am .

I was loaded 2 hours from appointment and 3 hours from time I arrived. Many trucks are waiting and it looks like you will be waiting for a long time more likely than not.
Now I’m waiting for 30min in front of the receiving office just to get sealed up. There are couple more trucks just waiting for seals too.👎👎

READ THE REVIEWS, THEY ARE ALL TRUE! Waited 8 hours and left this dump after the load still wasn't ready. The reason is that they don't start picking the load until the driver arrives, and the geniuses in the shipping office think that's normal! And don't be late even one minute as I heard the shipping clerks deciding who to work on based on detention, and if you're one minute late, they will not work on you because they aren't paying you detention anyway!

Truckers, close this place down and refuse to load there! When I explained to the clerk that even though we were a half hour late, that's no reason to sit a driver in a door NOT LOADING THEM for 8 hours, and that good shippers have their loads ready at the appointment time and load trucks in an hour, they were dumbfounded. This place is absolute garbage, and no trucker should ever load there. Best case, if you're on time, 6 hours. If you're late, who knows? And don't be early either because they strictly work on the basis of who's getting detention. Slow, lazy, rude, ignorant people who have no business running a warehouse!

I explained that we needed to get loaded to make our delivery appointment and all they said was you were late. A big fu to Allen distributing!
