Get there one hour early told me the security guy he can’t check me in too early and get kicked out from their facility to come back 30 minutes early to check in no overnight parking no parking around the area there is Wendy’s when you get out of the security check in turn left at the light and then another left on the second light and then third left on the third light then you will see Wendy’s on the street. You can park there.

Disgusting place to load cargo. I registered at 11:30, at 3:00 the car was loaded, but the documents were given only at 5:10. Total, I lost almost 6 hours.

Truck drivers , be aware of bldg 18 . It is westing time not only that the security also busy with their devices and give you Attitude if they wish . The best place is bldg 17

The place full of sh*t. No respect to drivers AT ALL!!!
Have to much to say about all bad things the did to me. After 4 years driving the worst experience ever.
Owner operators pay attention if you not kissing they as* you will ban on brokers loads.
We are slaves not a hard workers.

Absolutely horrible. Took them 5 hrs to load me which turned out to be the wrong load. I had to then turn around, come back, which took them another 4 hrs to unload. When I went in the building to ask what was taking so long there was about 6 other drivers doing the same. The ladies at the guard shack told me it's a pretty common occurrence here. The employees were all pissy, like they didn't want to be there. I had about 9.5 hours total at this place and in the end left empty.

Got to keep it real the Security Lady was one and a million nice and professional went into shipping office the lady told me to fill out the paper stood in line about 20mins to check in for a 4pm appointment got dock 19 you have to slide tandems all the way back and unhook from trl in dock for a hour and a half they call me to come to office guy told me they didn't have any of my product there have to reschedule okay why didn't you know that when I check in he told me that's a good question pray to God I never see that place again. Ps my gps wouldn't pull up that Allen address but if you put in 1225 South Market Street would take you there.

3 stars because they are a provider, but somehow make sure the load is ready because they can pull up the dates and appointments time, but your load might not be there or picked, which means TONU or they found a company driver or a cheap freight carrier.
