Shipping & receiving office is It's on the left side when you enter make sure you stop by the stop sign and check in rude lady and fill out the paper with the loud information.

There is space to overnight park in the back of building lot . The people were very nice here . The bathroom is inside of the shipping office and is only accessible when office is open . Quiet place in a beautiful area. Unloading process can take some time so make sure u allow for 2-4 hours . Lots of safe land to get out and exercise while you are waiting too. Peaceful.

Got into a door fairly quickly. Grounds we’re kept clean. Ended up having to back under my trailer due to forklift driver slamming pallets in so hard it moved the trailer from the door. The slamming continued once under my trailer. Lesson here is to check trailers because their loading process possibly may damage your equipment. The other star I didn’t give was for the outbound window’s woman being unfriendly. You can tell she doesn’t want to be at her job nor does she like people. When I checked in with her she took well over 5 minutes doing other things at her window. Sure enough when I went to get my paperwork, she pushed all people who came in to the other window. I’m sure she has other duties besides handling truckers but the other woman seems friendly enough and able to manage all her duties.

Very rude people, if you have a reefer trailer cancel the load!!! they make you sign a paper saying if they load you overweight they wont adjust it and you could be stuck with the load for weeks. Scumbag brokers know this but say nothing.

Nasty and obnoxious women In the office that don’t know how to do their job. If your a truck driver and you give attitude or a sign your annoyed with the office lady’s they’ll have a power trip and make you go sit in truck and they’ll refuse to let you go or get you loaded!. Also truckers watch out there is workers who smoke inside you guys trailer!
