Wow this company blew me away! I had to move across country for my job. They made everything so smooth and easy. Most of the questions I had for them were "are you sure I don't need to do anything?" Everyone I spoke to to help organize was friendly, quick to respond, and truly excellent at their jobs. They worked with my crazy schedule so well. The movers were very quick and careful with my stuff, and organized everything so well I couldn't believe the inventory list I got at the end. Also they were so kind too! Truly, a wonderful company to work with I couldn't be happier!

My family was moving locally from Irvine to San Clemente. We called Alexanders and they were on top of everything for us. Their video survey was very easy and made me feel comfortable about the process. The price was right in line with what we were budgeting for as well. Prior to the move, they gave me notice of when the crew would arrive. The day of, the crew was even early! Talk about a great crew, Willy, Craig and Damian worked their butts off. Honestly, it was very impressive. They treated our items with care and were very courteous when we had questions. We could not believe how fast they were. They took a huge burden off of our shoulders so we could focus on other parts of the relocation. Big thank you to Alexanders!

Had to move across country for my job. Pickup went fine, but 5 days before the ETA to my destination, I was informed my items will be arriving 10-15 days later than expected.

Now I’m scrambling for housing and Alexander’s can’t even explain what triggered this delay

Alexander’s Mobility Services did such a fantastic job on a recent local move for me. The team of Ricky, Victor, and Duy did a great job carefully packing up my home and took such care to protect the walls and floors of my new home. Jessica answered all my questions ahead of time and was so communicative during the move. I would definitely trust them with my next move!

This is the best mover I have ever used -- and I have done a LOT of moves. I will definitely only be using Alexander's for now on! Here's why:

1) They are very careful with our belongings. They treat them as if they were there own. They meticulously protect everything from damage.
2) They really care about getting everything right. For example, when they put down furniture they actually made sure it was placed in exactly the right place.
3) They were very reasonably priced and fair.
4) They communicated very well about all the logistics.
5) They were very timely -- they arrived exactly when promised and weren't late.
6) They were very flexible with inevitable changes by us.
7) They were very nice people.

My husband got promoted and transferred about a month ago. So in the span of a few weeks we had to move across the country. His company paid for a full service move and since it was such short notice we didn’t have much time to get ready to move. Devor, Chris and his team were absolutely amazing. They took their time to pack/unload my things and took great care of my valuables. They were kind, patient and understanding of some snags a long the way. They went above and beyond and they accommodated us to the best of their abilities. Everything just got moved in today and I expect everything will be in the same shape it was before we moved. Hopefully if we have to move again, we will get the same team. Thanks guys!!!
