Freddie helped me with my auction purchases today. I haven't even made the 2hr drive yet, but based SOLEY on how I was treated and helped by him- I recommend ANYONE in the area needing storage to use this facility! He was SO accommodating, I can only imagine the level of customer service that the actual tenants get from him. I will continue to watch their auctions and can only hope everyone gets the same professionalism from him as I did with my purchased units! As a former property manager I approve and appreciate his dedication to his customers! You are amazing Freddie, thanks again!!!

Don't go here. I cancelled in Feb and they kept charging me until now. They refused to give me a refund because they said I didn't give them notice even though I have proof I called and left a message. They said they don't have a voice-mail and someone always answers which is not true because when I called I got their voice-mail and left a 49 second message. Then when i sent a screenshot of where I called they said that isn't the phone number. I called the number again and it was them and that is the number on their sign. She said that isn't the number so I sent a pic of the sign. Yes I know I should have checked sooner but to be dishonest like they are is not acceptable. I had rented that unit for 6 mos and they said they didn't know i had moved in. They said they do periodic inspections but apparently they missed that I had been there that long. Poor management.

Scary place to store our things. We had to cancel after seeing it, because not only do they not allow you to come 24/7 to get your stuff but also because there were random people jumping the fence to get in.
