So far, I think this is the best AlDI DC I have been too. Frank, security guy was chill, you can tell he loves his job. They got overnight parking. If you have plenty of ELD hours, there's Lowes truck stop by I-10. My apt was at midnight I arrived at 8pm. And I got a door assigned. Receiving starts at 10pm. Was empty at 00:30 , pulled to staging area, and no one bothered me. Also, they got nice, clean restrooms for drivers by staging area.

This place is very good. When you enter, the guard at the entrance treats you very kindly. If he loves his job, he will make you feel super good. They give you the door quickly. The ones at the reception have a face that doesn't matter. You might like it, but it doesn't matter. When you leave, there was another very kind guard. Quick check-in. Very good place. I hope they are all like that.

The appointment was 2200. I got a door at 2030, so far, awesome start! Auto text for lumper in & paid for at 2045 & the 4 skids were unloaded. 2345 still have red light, pound on door to ask what's going on because several people have already left & they came in after me. Finally, get green light. Proceed to the back of the building where I'm told my paperwork isn't ready yet. Isn't ready yet? How long does it take to process? You had two hours before I even checked on why my light was still red. You need more time for 4 skids? By all means, take your time! Not like we didn't schedule another load or anything. Not only is this unbelievable, it's very unprofessional, you should be paying me a fee for waiting!

Receiving hours are from 8PM to 4AM. First come first serve it seems. One at a time check in process but it’s fairly quick & simple instructions. My appointment was for 11pm but they took me at 9:30ish. But I only had 4 pallets. Was out of there by 11pm. Overnight parking is to right of guard shack. You have to check with them first.

First of all this review goes for my whole experience at this facility.
Yes, they let you check in early and security guard on days deserves a medal for his attitude and respect for others. This gentleman is awesome.
Now, this is were it ends. After you check in they want you to comeback at 9pm and check in again with night shift. Those people are something else entirely. All I can say - be aware! Millennials at work. Efficiency?! Never heard about it! While we are standing in line outside the guard shack and trucks lining up their driveway they make drivers turn around and line up single file! It takes 4!!!! people to check the truck in and everyone of them has an attitude, but I digress. Then you have to drive around the entire building to deliver your paperwork to the receiver (their attitude is whole another animal) after that you have to go to your dock and back in. Yes. There are plenty of room but whoever drew the yellow lines by the dock doors needs new glasses and new measuring tape asap! After they are done with unloading you must drive back to the receiver to collect your paperwork and because having tired and frustrated drivers driving in circles around your building is very safe. And only after that you MUST leave the premises. I know older reviews mention overnight parking but it was on the down low and leave to the truck drivers to mess it up. According to the “company policy” you must vacate the premises as soon as you unloaded.
This is my honest assessment of this place.

Overnight parking before the appointment. A lot of space for backing. Got the door at 10:30 pm (app time was 1am). They don’t call after lumper fee payment. Just go to the office and get your paperwork after green light. Or fall asleep like I ?nobody disturbed me until 5am?

Overnight parking is a big + .. Once unloaded you must leave the property. 3AM appointment. Was woken up at 1AM to check back in with guard... ...They want you to check in around 11pm (apparently) and get unloaded and back off the property... Just beware of you're HOS and your own rest. The guard and staff members are very nice with very fast unload times..This is a lumper facility.

Very new and spacious warehouse , appointment only, they will let you in 30 minutes priority to the appointment time , they have overnight parking (big one) . They have clean bathroom rooms, will take you 2-3 hours to get unloaded, they have lumper fee .
