I shopped here for about two and half years however after being sold two year old dog food which I neglected to check the date on I was refused a refund or even credit. How can they expect me to feed this to my dogs? Just glad it was a small bag and my loss is only $5 They lost a steady, weekly customer. Even their sign shows a one year limit where food is still good. I hope it was worth the $5 to lose a good customer. I won't report to consumer protection. I'll just let people on here know you had better watch those dates. Nothing edible two years old should be sold in my opinion.

Great prices on food that's usually past their "best by" date. There's nothing wrong with it just not sellable by big box stores. That's the reason for the discount. The other half of the store is appliances, clothing, books, and other items Alco finds. I recommend going in and seeing if you can find any treasures.

I would have rated it lower if possible. I bought a dehydrator and it did not work. I didn't see there sign they would only give store credit. I talked extensively to the owner about it and was told all I could do was return it for a store credit. I bought it on 8/5/22. I made the owner aware I lived in another town and that I didn't come there often. I also made her aware I did not see her sign. When I took it back on 8/15/22 she refused to even give me store credit because it was longer than 6 days. and threatened to call the police if I did not leave her store. She was not in the store and I did not cause a problem there. But because I told her in a text I would share this info with my friends. The very small print sign was at the register and not very visible. I will not be shopping there again.

A great place 2 shop other than some of the food products... Ive bought food items w bugs, weavels etc in it... Also the crackers etc has been stale as well.
New update..dunno wats happened 2 the pricing there but it's all gone up. Can nearly buy new for same pricing.

I love this place. You never know what's going to be in there. I would check the food carefully to make sure it's not old, but I've gotten some good deals in here and the people are always friendly
