They open 2 am and let u in. I had appointment 8a.m and got there 7p.m park on street then get in 3a.m. They let u check in 1 hour before appointment time. They give me door at 8.30a.m then I done after lumper and everything 12.00p.m. They let u park inside if u don’t have hours until they open

Got bounce like pingpong trying to check in. The QR code check in did not work so it told me to go to door 10. I Walked to door 10 got sent to door 43 then they told me to go get a gatepass at the gate. I came back to door 43, then told me to go check in over at door 60. After 30 mins of just walking around, i got a door right away.

Staff were friendly, otherwise 3 stars.

Enter gate, Park in staging area to the right in the facility, walk over to gate and check in for lot pass, scan QR code that's posted on the fence signs follow prompt and check in, you'll get a dock door through the app with directions on what to do, this facility has⚠️ NO restrooms ⚠️ Porta potties are but beware they are extremely disgusting they never emptied them out‼️ no overnight parking , unfortunately facility does take a long time to unload. Other than that, this is a pretty easy check-in and out

The whole setup is to make it difficult on the outside drivers. Not the best place to be delivering to. If you're an outside driver you'll feel the discrimination... They have you move every few minutes and wait all day to give you the paperwork. If you are a driver try to avoid coming here..🙏 and I'm sorry for leaving a bad review but I'm only being honest I've reviewed so many places and it's rare I leave the bad review so that should say something 🤔....❤️✌️

Easy to find easy to back in to dock. Only issue was the staging area as fellow truckers don’t care about other truckers and cannot park there truck in the middle of the lane and properly backing to the back line. I always get out and check my if I have backed in properly and have enough space for others to back-in. Also some were taking 2 spots really bad when someone do that. There were security but they were not doing anything

Showed up at 5:30 for a 6:00 a.m. delivery was finally unloaded by 1:00 p.m. when I went to close my doors I found three pallets full of products still left in my truck. My paperwork stated that they were shorted 228 cases. However they left 222 cases on my truck. My paperwork did not state what they were shorted only that they were short cases. I went in to speak to a supervisor. They had me back up to the door again to remove the product only to reload it on my truck again. Total time at the facility nearly 9 hours

This was my first time at this facility, and just giving a heads up:
the truck check in line will more than likely start at the corner of Imperial Hwy and Puente St. if you jump the line, the security officer will make you go back around the streets to the end of the line. I did not know if trucks were just parked on the street for a break or not because a few in front of me did not move. Best advice is just to wait it out.
Once you get in the gate, check in isn’t too bad. Park in staging area to the right and use the QR code on the gate to check in. They will then call you for a door. It is a decent sized space to dock but because there are so many trucks moving around it can be chaos.
