I rented a unit for 8 months. The office staff was extremely helpful, polite and courteous. I would use this location again. I read other reviews and I would probably use your own lock as well. Also I saw cameras when I was in the office. Nice local small business. I would use this place again.

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! They are thieves!
If I could give zero stars I would!
After being a loyal customer of this storage facility for three years, the first year I decide to go with their lock and key all my belongings have been stolen. The owner nor the workers of the facility offered any type of help or compensation of the monthly payments that I have been making on the unit. Apparently there is no security cameras around the property other than the ones facing the office. How convenient The owner himself rather than help argued with me saying that it was not his issue. I lost a total of $2000+ worth of electronics and personal pictures and information that I won’t ever get back. The customer service sucks and anyone in the Albany area should take their money over to LAKE PARK STORAGE !
