They get 4 stars from me right now for how great we were treated when moving in! The space is perfect so far and the manager is kind and welcoming! Love the distance to our house which is perfect for my furniture refurbishing business, when I need to go pick up or re-store a finished piece. Climate controlled could be a little cooler. Rented indoors so furniture doesn't warp. We will see how that goes. I'm the meantime, everything has been wonderful so far!

I was not happy with the way they do business. I was told my renters insurance was not enough so they charged me full household coverage for a 5x10. The prices are outrageous, $147 for a 5x10 indoors. Then I wanted to store a small folding 4x8 trailer inside and they told me I had to have full coverage to store it there. If there was -5 star, that is what I would have put. Go anywhere but here for a decent deal.

This place said that each unit was pest controlled and upon taking my stuff out of storage I came across 10 to 20 adult black widows and about that many egg sacks. Also my furniture was damaged by termites. Then the manager said she would contact me and that was a month ago with no word at all from anyone. If I could give less then one star I would.

Got one of the expensive indoor spaces with the a/c for almost 2 years. Even though I went in there every once in a while, mice ate and pooped in my stuff, anyway. I didn't even have any food in there. Lost some merchandise, an instrument case, and a handmade African marimba. Was told, "Well, it's the desert." Because I discovered it within 12 days of the next payment cycle, I had to pay for another month, even though I was emptying it out.

Keeping a couple tupperware containers in there right now, cause why not? I had to pay for it.

Pro's of renting here: Location to Three Points, and at least they had availability. Staff is friendly.

It has been some years since I was a customer at Ajo-Kinney Super Storage. However, over the years I have often thought about this storage company and how I was treated as a customer. During the time that I was a customer I was going through some extremely difficult times in my life. I wasnt working because I was caring for my mother who was dying from pancreatic cancer and my father who died 6 months after my mother died. I wasn't working at this time and so my husband divorced me.
During this time Ajo-Kinney Storage worked with me after I just could no longer make payments. I wish I could go back and salvage the things that I left in that storage and I often wonder to this day if anything was ever set aside for me. None the less this company was very good to me. They were always reaching out to me trying to help me in any way they could. Of all the people in my life the people who owned this storage company seemed to be the most helpful, kind and faithful group of people in my life at the time. As far as service goes, their business was impeccable, trust worthy and fair compared to any business that I have ever experienced. Respectfully Submitted, Mary Bell
