Incompetent company. Had a account with them, spent thousands. Let my business license expire, and then decided to renew it. Well my old account was deleted when they redid their database, and when i tried to make a new one their "accounting" department keeps telling me my business registration is inactive the problem is they are sending me a screenshot of a LLC WHEN I AM NOT EVEN A LLC, i even sent the dude a screen shot of the company details, showing the name attached to the business was JESSICA, i am a MAN name LEONARD. They STILL insisted that i was wrong. Even tried to call and talk directly with accounting to resolve, was told she was away from her desk, and would call me back, OF COURSE, she didnt. There are WAY better companies out there, and to be honest you can go DIRECTLY to the brands they sell and just sign up for wholesale there and get it CHEAPER, they are just a middleman. GOOD RIDDANCE.

I am a wholesale customer and i got to say I really enjoy this great company! Caroline Coval has been my biggest help at AFG. I can message her and get a response immediately. I had a broken piece in my first shipment and I asked her for help. She had the issue resolved in minutes. All while in the mix of the pandemic. She is a true rock-star and I will recommend this distro for anyone! big or small company, they got your back!!! Thank you for everything!!!

If you like babysitting every order to make sure its handled properly and shipped on time, then AFG is the place to be. Their website states "When combined with the personal, attentive service you will receive from our staff, we feel this is the surest way to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible." But after being an AFG customer for 2 years, I can honestly say that they are below average in the customer service area. The account managers are not reliable; are not proactive with problems they actually created; blame other employees and make inane excuses when confronted with a problem; at times, are just plain unprofessional. I am looking forward to the day when I can delete AFG Distribution from my list of suppliers and that day is almost here. There is nothing that AFG offers that makes dealing with their account managers worth the hassle.

This company's business practices aren't very friendly to their wholesale customers. They sale online via multiple sales channels, they do not disclose this to their wholesale customers, in some cases the items are listed cheaper than their wholesale price. For example the wholesale price of one of their rolling trays is $5.60, yet they are selling the same item at a retail price of $4.10 with free shipping on eBay.
