We've been working with LTL freight carriers for almost two decades. On average the LTL freight industry is a swamp. It is an industry filled with companies and drivers that are often the worst group of people to work with. This is not how I would describe Affordable Overnight. They are a quality LTL regional carrier. Their pricing is usually competitive. Their office staff is knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. Amanda in particular is always great to work with. Their drivers are professionals and appear to care about the cargo and the service they provide. Jorge has been one of our regular pick-up drivers from Affordable and he is excellent!⭐️ He is very communicative, he is patient, he is professional. When our cargo is fragile, Jorge always approaches our cargo with respect for its safety. He often takes the additional effort and care to properly secure the load in his truck to ensure its safety. These are a few of the courtesies that Gorge always extends. His service and the pride he expresses for his job are exemplary. All around quality of service which rare with LtL drivers. Affordable only carries between specific west coast regional areas, if they carried nationally we would use them more often. Keep up the good work.

We've been using Affordable Overnight for a little under a year now, and they are great. They deliver next day for the most part to any of their serviceable zips. Amanda and Janice are great and friendly customer service reps. Juan is a great dispatcher. Our drivers that usually come here, Luis and Miguel, are nice and do a great job.

We've have of course, been through several delivery drivers in that time, and all have been great to work with. We ship moulding all over the Southwest and they are our go to delivery company for full length boxes. I have been using this company over the last few months for the company I work for and each time they have been exceptional! We have use then for in state and out of state deliveries. I haven't had any issues with either pick up or deliveries and their front office employee who answers the phone is fantastic. She is very friendly and takes the time to asnwer all my questions. Submitted an order for a pick up & delivery that is really important. Noticed no one had come to pick up at time frame we were told. Let my dad know and he called to see what was wrong. Not only did Taylor have an attitude since she answered but was not in the mood to help. She said “Sir that’s not enough info for me to look up your order” my dad had to ask can you look it up with the company name I just told you? That magically was enough info..but then stated no order was placed. We were then transferred to Sydney, who my dad originally placed this order with this morning. She kept interrupting and also had attitude then said she can’t help us until Monday...they just don’t care here. Only person we like there who is great is Juan. Very upset this order has a deadline, should have gone to UPS from the beginning..
