I have used this company for 6 yrs now and I love this place and trust them..The only thing I would suggest if I could would be to make it easier to make payment like maybe online payment option

We were very impressed with this facility and the manager, Stacey! The office is very spacious and clean. There is ample parking and access. I was surprised how many storage units were on the property. There are plenty of climate and non-climate units to be had. They are even building on more units in the back. I was pulling a trailer and there was plenty of room to maneuver.

The unit was very clean. The amount of security cameras were a plus! I loved the key pad entry! The lady in the office was so nice and friendly! If I should ever need another unit in the future I will I'm definitely come back.

Nice storage unit but I definitely don't like that someone picked our lock and stole some things from our unit. You would think that your stuff is safe since you have a code for the gate and they have cameras but they delete camera footage after 30 days. We are not the first unit to get broke into so I definitely feel like they should keep camera footage longer than 30 days especially when most people don't go to their storage unit often. My advice if you have a storage unit here get a lock that can't be picked and check on your items weekly.

I had an excellent experience with this company. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. The main office is in Childersburg but the manager met me at the Sylacauga facility which saved me tremendous time and gas. Also, I was having difficulty opening my unit a few days later and their maintenance man drove from the main office to assist me. The units are clean, climate controlled, reasonably priced and conveniently located. Would definitely recommended.

They have a secure facility BUT price is high for 10x20 at least I know my stuff is safe

Just started renting a unit at Adding Space Self storage and so far so good.
The lot is always kept clean with no junk leftover from prior occupants.
The security consists of a gate that needs a password to get in. I am pretty sure that it is the last 4 digits of your phone number, which is great because the company must add your last 4 of your
phone number into / the system as a password to get in and then when you end the use of your storage , that personal password is deleted out of their system. Much better than everyone having the same password in which then everyone who used to rent from there could still get in. That is how I it works
anyway. Not 100% sure.
Adding Spacealso has Security cameras, with one of the cameras at the front gate that has a huge screen that shows who is pulled up to the gate
at that time.
