I have shipped packages from the US to Mexico previously with a mixed level of success and reliability; however, I will never use ACV again after my last experience. I contacted ACV to ship a sail from La Paz to San Diego and was told it would take longer than usual, about 10 days Unfortunately 22 days later and after paying in full, my sail arrived in San Diego just in time for the sailmaker’s Christmas closing day.
The people at ACV are polite but their logistical systems and coordination need a lot of work.
