Do not ever book with this company ever! We took load with this croock broker named Benjamin my driver went at the shipper 10:50am and been waiting all day and night to be loaded, we have called them so many times to ask what is going on and if there is no load to send us TONU but they kept saying load is good 100%!When i woke up driver was not loaded yet and shiper kept telling him that the load is for next so i send email requesting $400 layover and than we got email that we are no longer under this load even tho they started loading the driver at 7am.I told the broker that they laying that load was canceled and that the driver is already loaded. That same idiot Benjamin told me if we dont unload the freight he will report it stolen and kept hostage. At this point they dont even want to pay TONU or anything. Please people before you book with them think twice there will be always a problem and if i can give them 0 starts i will 100 times!

We have been hauling loads consistently with this company for the past couple years and have nothing but positive things to say. Broker Scott Bullington has been great to work with and is always a quick phone call or email away if any issues arise.

We've been trying to get a simple update on a load/payment we recently did and none of the 5 agents including the accounting department in the conversation are being responsive or providing an adequate statement. Unprofessionalism at its best. We've had payment issues in the past and decided to give it another shot. It will definitely be the last time running a load for this cartoon organization. They are not paying on time, cannot get a hold of anyone if assistance is needed. Total disaster. All 1 star reviews are so true. Stay away for stress free days.

Serious integrity concern with them. I booked my truck with them with driver deadhead 50 miles to pick up. It turned out that the load is no good. After 1 week of calling and sending emails, I finally received a TONU. 70 days later, still no payment. The AP is saying that we need approval from the broker before we can get paid. Sure enough, Jai Tucker disappeared so I'm assuming there will be no approval. Just stay away from these people. From the other reviews, you can clearly see that not paying has long become a common thing for the broker.

UPDATE: Shortly after I submitted the review, I was contacted by Danielle Kotlajich. She solved the issue with the payment promptly. I was impressed. Thank you! Danielle certainly transformed the poor experience into a positive one.

Load number 0455602, Austell GA to McDonough GA, pickup 7/31 13:00, deliver 8/1 9:00, freight rate $400, that’s right, that’s how low they pay a 50 miles load that delivers 20 hours later!

Got to the shipper on time, waited 4 hours for the shipper to load, could have got a power only load from Amazon that day, but that went down the drain. Requested them for the 2 hours detention, they proudly assured me for a total of $50 detention pay, LOL, $25/hour, what a joke! And promised we will get it almost a week later on 8/6.

Today is 8/7, I called them to find out why the updated rate con is still nowhere to be found, Adrian’s assistant “kindly suggested” me to just go ahead and closed out the load with the base rate of $400! Yo, that’s not the way to run any type of business!

$50 sure is not a big deal at all, but we trucking owner operators and companies need to stop brokers with that kind of business attitude, because $50 here $175 and $330 there, when it all adds up that’s the reason why so many honest working trucking families went bankrupt these days.

Braiden was the last guy I try to confirm with to see if Action Enterprise Logistics thinks not pay us $50 is worth risking losing their potential future businesses, his last words were sadly “is there anything else?”

Hopefully this exposure will prevent anymore unaware carrier becomes the next victim.
