Please don’t use this company if you are moving with the military! This company does not care about you or care to cover your damaged goods! I had my stuff shipped from overseas to Texas in July. They damaged some goods and they haven’t sent me the check. I have waited for the supposed check since August and we are halfway through December. Super irresponsible and answer emails whenever they care to. Don’t bother calling because they do not pick up and never return your call.

We serviced a move from Acorn over a year ago and have not received payment and the company has been avoiding calls, after several promises that the check was being sent out! I am not even sure if they are open anymore!

I have been in contact with this company since September 2020 this company damaged my bike and my bedroom set. They have yet to issue payment which was settled In February today is April 23 and i have been lied to once again by Henry. I was told my check was mailed on march23 then i was told it wasn’t finalized until April 8 and then i was told it was mailed last Friday and that he signed it only for it to be April 23 and still nothing. My motorcycle has been damaged since September and not one ounce of concern on behalf of this company it pays to know people. We work hard for our belongings only for a company like this to hire ex convicts and drug addicts to damage our property and not try to fix the issue. I have given this company way more chances than i should have and now I’ve reached my breaking point.

Absolute garbage! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I was unfortunately assigned this company for a military move. Every step of the way I had to call literally dozens of times with no one answering. Rarely when someone did pick up, it was always Henry and it did not matter what step my household goods were on, he would just feed me a complete lie. He is a dishonest businessman that should in no way be handling people’s household moves. Do NOT use this company.

As an owner and president of a moving company that has provided exceptional service to Acorn International Forwarding I am appalled at their lack of professionalism, their unwillingness to pay for services previously rendered (over 1 year now) and their elaborate methods of deception. Henri Razi of Acorn is not a person to be trusted. Proceed with caution!!!

Told me over 2 month ago they were issuing payment for services we did for them over 1 year ago, and now I can not get a hold of anyone for answers. They lied about payment and are now avoiding us. Very unprofessional and they don't pay their vendors.

Horrible customer service and unprofessional management of my contract. This company cannot handle contingencies and will soak you for every dollar while refusing to accept any responsibility. Worst service in my 30 years of moving cargo around the world. Avoid Acorn!
