Dwight is very friendly, punctual, and professional. He treated me with respect and I felt very comfortable with how he transferred me from the bed to the wheelchair. Greg was also a big help and drove safely. Both men are great representatives of the company. Also, I want to send a special thank you to Bridget for arranging both trips.

Excellent service. We had family in town and wanted my dad to go out, but he’s wheelchair only. The van arrived on time, it was clean, and the driver was very polite and helped in and out of the van and up to the entrance of the restaurant. He did the same for pickup, came to entrance and brought my dad back down to the van and home safely. Highly recommend. Would use again. Thank you ACES for making an enjoyable evening out happen!

Service was top notch and couldn’t have been better. the driver helped in ways he wasn’t required to, such as making more room but leaving a stretch at dads nursing home and returning to pick it up later. I couldn’t be happier .

Aces Express Services transported my 90-year old mother to and from her first post-surgery follow-up appointment. Dwight and Bridgette in the office were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable on the phone.

The other Dwight was our driver. Not only was he very thorough with all safety protocols before, during, and following transporation, he was friendly, professional, and caring. Dwight excellently provided that door-to-door service as advertised. Highly recommend.

Our driver, Greg, was absolutely excellent. He showed up early, and he was very careful with my grandmother. The van had a wheelchair lift and straps to secure the chair in the cabin. I will definitely be using this company for her next doctor's appointment. Thank you, Greg!
