I had the pleasure of working with Adrian, Jr, and Raphael. They came to my house gave me an accurate assessment of the weight and went above and beyond to pack all of our stuff. Overall a really great experience!! Everyone from start to finish were extremely attentive and helpful. The delivery crew, Rick and his teammate were so nice and helpful. Hilary and Jennifer from operations were also so kind and helpful. The pick up crew weren’t the nicest but other than that, they arrived on time and got the job done. Everything came on time, not broken, and everyone was helpful in working with some inflexible parameters I had. Thank you Ace!!! Will definitely be using you again!!

Exceptional moving service. MJ and Mark Michaels were our movers and they were fantastic. They were professional and kind, and maintained a positive and energetic vibe despite the nonstop rain on our moving days. They somehow were able to Tetris in the ungodly amount of belongings we own and dropped them off across the country, on time. We had multiple couch sets, appliances, grilles, a side by side, a hot tub, and tons of other big and small household and backyard items.

Our belongings were safely packed up and arrived intact. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with where everything landed in the new house, and even moved two sets of couches around up and down the stairs again to make that happen. MJ was the foreman and communicated clearly with me throughout the entire experience.

I expected to feel overwhelmed with a big cross country move, but I did not at any point have negativity after MJ and his team took over. This review is genuine. They are a solid team, and I highly recommend them.

Adrian and crew were wonderful to work with. It was great working with the same crew who packed and loaded all our things in Northern California once we arrived in Southern California for the move in. Elizabeth was great to work with for coordinating the move and we really appreciated the care Adrian and team took with packing and loading our belongings. Adrian, JR, David and Liz were amazing to work with! We had a 2 day move and they worked their tails off. They packed up our kitchen and pantry, moved us and had to hoist our mattress over our balcony because it wouldn’t fit up the stairs. We’ve worked with ACE for all our moves over the years and we won’t use anyone else. Professional, careful, courteous and really nice people are the best way to describe this crew. I recently used Ace Relocation Services to move into my forever home, and I couldn’t be more impressed. In just two days, they packed up, transported, and unpacked everything my family and I own—covering a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath house with a 2-car garage and a backyard.
