I am completely aggravated with this company. I have had a storage building for over a year and I have never been late or missed a payment. When I first got the unit it was $45 per month. Then early this year I received a letter that they were going up to $55 I said ok that’s fine so I payed it. Then this month I received no letter of adjustments and when I went online to pay it was $75 . We called the lady and she said let me get back to my office and pull your file and I’ll call you back. Did she do that no! So I go back online and now she has charged me a late fee of $20. I told her this is unacceptable and I would like to talk to her superior, from which she ignored this email and just sent me an email saying after today she will charge me more. So this company has just lost my business, and on top of that I did notice I’ve had some rat nests in my things from which I will be writing a report so this insurance that I have been paying will be notified!

Great prices, and by far the most outstanding customer service by their front sale person Natasha. I felt my thing were safe and secure in their hands because of her. I would not store my valuables any place but Ace. 7

I cannot say enough positive about Tasha and the facility! Prices are phenomenal, Tasha is outstanding, and the unit is what I need.

The grounds are clean, well lit, and secure. I definitely recommend the facility!

Thus far the best storage unit you can find. The site manager is the best she is the type to work with you. So if your looking for a good reasonable priced storage unit look no farther then ACE.
