It's a real hardware store.

So many times, hardware stores become focused on garden and cute accessories. This is an old-time hardware store with helpful staff.

They have the essentials and have saved me many trips to home depot.

Notably, they have a great big green egg section. They throw in extras which actually make this a better deal than buying things at the Big Green egg store. They also have a fairly extensive collection of yeti vessels.

They're particularly helpful at helping me find a specific tool or screw or or fastener or other piece of hardware that would normally take me quite a while to find at the home depot.

Also, they seem to have their finger on the pulse of what's interesting do the locals. There was a point where chickens were a big thing in the neighborhood and they carry chicken supplies

If you're looking for some odd air filter or some lumber, this is not your spot. But if you need some weird little thing to fix your toilet or cabinet or door, this is a great place.

I went in looking for a night light. The employees did ask me if I needed help, that's not the problem. All 4 of them were sitting down not doing a thing. If I was paying them I would expect every one of them to be straightening up the store or doing something!! There was plenty to do as you dan imagine in a store that has that much inventory.

I never stepped foot into an Ace Hardware store but we were looking to get a Weber grill and they had one available. Good experience my first day when purchasing multiple items. I came back the next day to get a utensil and asked if they priced matched since the item was cheaper at other stores. The manager stated in an uppity tone “we don’t price match from Walmart, our customer service is so much better. No, we don’t do that here.”

As a Manager, your job was to simply say, “No, unfortunately we don’t price match.” Plain and simple. The rudeness and attitude was not needed . I don’t shop at Walmart and quite frankly don’t even shop at Ace Hardware. But there is nothing wrong with people that do! I won’t be shopping here ever again, and maybe try implementing a monthly customer service training class.

I’m in the process of moving to the neighborhood. This week Ace has helped me with a range of issues from mounting ceiling fans to installing light fixtures to hooking up the gas grill.

Phil and Mark are right on point and will help you creatively problem solve the issue at hand. I’m looking forward to this Ace being a go to as I get moved in. I sincerely appreciate the help.

Excellent product selection, helpful staff, and lots of eateries within walking distance for after I've finished with my errands. They helped me out in a pinch to find the exact color stain I needed for my floors. This is a very reliable Ace, with solid customer service

This store is okay, but I won’t shop here again. Customer service is not a focal point here. Return policy is extremely limited. Home Depot is a better option as you can actually open and try a product and still return it if it doesn’t meet your needs.

I actually love the fact that this Ace location is in the Toco Hill shopping center. First: it's a lot more convenient for me than figthing traffic while driving to the closest Home Depot. Second: it's just a hardware store, plain and simple, and I mean that in the most endearing way possible. Will they have everything you need? Maybe not. Will they have *most* of what you need? Definitely. I've made countless trips here just to get things that I found out that I needed while working on something. The staff has always been courteous and helpful as soon as you walk in the door.
