Hate to do it...I manage a very wonderful student property here in College Station. We offer free coffee, teas and hot chocolate to our residents, renting a machine from Accent. Accent requires us to order supplies from them as well, coffee, tea, cocoa, etc. However, when we actually get someone on the phone (sometimes after calling 5x a day), we don't see our supplies for weeks. This Monday is the beginning of all our Texas A&M Aggies studying for their finals and we found our coffee machine to be broken! We called immediately to have their service department fix. Today is Thursday and sadly I haven't been able to offer what we promise for weeks now due to no supplies and no working machine. This is unfortunately on my property's reputation and not Accent which is why I felt like a review was necessary. I do hope they can figure out how to keep customers because I am looking for others in town.

the vending machine at work has taken my money three times now for an overpriced rice crispie. they are ALWAYS stuck together so you have to buy two just to get one to dispense. and, the website does not load so there is no contacting this company to complain other than a phone which is not answered. so this is my only recourse is a bad review that nobody will see.

does not deserve 1 star. Chips stuck. I lost money a whole lots of times because of the malfunction with the machine. This is at a major company where its located.

The customer service is absolutely horrible! No one is ever available to answer the phone and they will not return any voicemails. If I could leave 0 stars I would >:(
