Rude workers, especially the older fat gentleman on the register. Find a different job if you can’t be polite to customers. It’s a shame too because this location is convenient but I definitely won’t be coming back

This is the worst ABC liquor store I have ever been too. They NEVER have anything in stock. They always blame it on supply shortages yet if I go to any other location what I want is always in stock. It's not a supply shortage. The issue is whomever is responsible for their ordering is not stocking this location properly. Unfortunately for me I live nearby so this is the most convenient store to me.

Edited to 5 stars as they have finally actually started stocking liquor! ❤️

I was just checking what time y’all closed when I saw the negative review over two adults being in the store and one not having an ID. Well, here is my 5 star review for upholding the law. I’ve been fired before for not IDing a 40 year old man because he was a secret shopper. You ID everyone no matter what. People just don’t understand. It’s not worth losing your income over. Glad I don’t work in customer service anymore because the struggle is real.

Really nice store and the store manager, Ms. Dana, is always professional and courteous.
I just wish that the State of Alabama would have a better selection of spirits.

Refused to sell to me I am 50. Daughter was with me is 22 but did not have ID she was not shopping I was. Went back with Wife and without Daughter and they refused to sell to me again. Said there is a rule and then embellished that the rule doesn't apply if I had a toddler with me but because my daughter looked old enough to consume they cant sell me anything. Then added there is a 24 hour rule so I can't come back in again today even with out my family in the car. Extremely rude and couldn't back up any of the laws and refused to photo copy the rule/law he said is in the book. I was discriminated against by James the store manager who was unprofessional and combative.

I've never had bad service here. Honestly, I wouldn't have even posted a review if it weren't for the negative reviews. The staff is friendly, they've never been out of what I was looking for, the clientele is polite and pleasant, and anyone who has a problem is probably being a jerk.

Prices are outrageous! Buffalo trace is over 75.00…You can literally get it in Florida or Kentucky for 28.99.

Go up
