Delivered a load for them and i called to see if they can take me early and was told they were open until 6 pm, that i could come in cause they would take me. I drove out to them base on what they said and when i arrived they told me they stoped receiving at 3 pm. I wouldn’t have wasted my time coming to deliver if i would have known. I passed by home and could have been spending it with the family in stand i was wasting my time seating in the truck waiting for the next day. I was told when i arrived that they couldn’t take me anymore and that someone will be there in the morning at 6am to unload me. It’s now almost 9 am and no one is here yet. They don’t seem to know what they are talking about and they just say something not knowing if it ture on not. I would double and triple with multiple people and talk names to make sure it wouldn’t happen to you.

He is a very nice guy. He wants to make sure his job is done right and safely. Before I was a truck driver, I worked factory jobs and it is not easy work. He is an older guy but at least he is working and not feeding off of welfare. I am very happy of the way he unloaded my truck. No complaints. I am an owner operator and I will definitely go back again for him to unload my truck again. Everyone has a job to do and he is doing his part! Great job man!

People are nice enough and I'm not gonna knock them for brokers that lie about appointments. You may have an appointment time but they are FCFS. Narrow drive to get in and it's one way in one way out. So don't block the drive. But if you can pull in and get in the front of the line you are good. Plenty of street side parking to pick up the slack for other trucks. Some of it is posted but it's also a very desolate location so I would be more concerned about a ufo 🛸 encounter than a ticket. 5 am start unloading 2pm cut off from what I understand. I arrived the night before at midnight already knowing it was actually FCFS regardless of what the broker said, thanks to previous reviews. Handed paperwork in at 9 waited on the 5 in front of me and was out by 2:15 pm. One guy unloading so it is what it is. Dock area is tight to turn but if you have any sense you will manage.

They allow early delivery. I arrived at 4am during closing hours, this facility has overnight parking, the workers woke me up and informed me they are ready to start unloading. 😃😃😃 My appointment time was a 1pm appointment. The only bad thing is the docks are blindside backing. Other than that this is a great place to unload or load.

The reason I gave 5 star because they took my delivery almost by closing time and didn't create any problem. I didn't see that old guy people mentioned in previous reviews " Thank God " I didn't see him other wise i was going to look for nearby truck stop . I talked to one of lead guy and told him about that old guy reviews people put and he said he know that . I wouldn't mind coming here again .

Drivers, you need to watch these guys. My husband and I were at the loading dock & thought we were unloaded because one of the dock workers came out, gave us our bill of ladings and told us we were good to go. We slowly pulled out of the dock, we heard a bang, and they hadn’t pulled our forklift out of our trailer yet.

Check in time 6am. Last 2 docks is the check in. You can park on the right side dock and wait for someone to check in. 1 hr unloading time. You can park on the street.
