This company left me hi and dry the morning of because their dispatch wrote in the wrong pick up type. They confirmed that the guy indeed told me that I would for sure have the type of service that was needed. The day of the guy said it was their bad and that the guy was new and that couldn't assist. They didn't show to my apartment and canceled after I asked them to still come and I would see what could be done as it takes longer than they thought to get me rebooked. This company has terrible customer service and they don't care about the problem they are assisting. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.
