The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We re did our whole kitchen in our rent house with new cabinets (granite bought somewhere else) and they look amazing and way cheaper than Lowe's and Home Depot. We will keep making the drive from LR. Highly recommend

Buyer Beware - No refunds on any items you buy here. Once you pay them , you are stuck with it! And I think that is a lousy policy especially when buying flooring. They said it was on special , and I wanted to buy a box to try it out. Then they charged me almost $100 for a box of very thin 4mm vinyl flooring “On Sale “ and told me I can never return it for any reason – and then started laughing about it. Right then and there I knew I had made the wrong choice , and wished I had went to Lowes who have a much better return policy... Today I still have the unopened box of plank tile , and I do not know what to do with it. Maybe I can sell it for a fraction of the price I paid for it.? O_o

Other Thoughts:
I saw the same vinyl plank tile box at Lowes for only $65 per box. I also bought other vinyl flooring with 5.5mm thickness at a tile store on Airport Rd. - It was also on sale, $50 dollars per box. It is thicker and better quality then the box of 4mm Vinyl tile I paid $100 for at A-1 Railroad Salvage. So yeah.. I sure got jipped by shopping here.

DIY project you have been putting off? Rental property needing some upgrades? This might be just the place you need to go! If you are like me and enjoy rolling up your sleeves and busting out the tools to bask in the glow of an accomplishment well done while saving on the back end if possible, it is worth your time. Pay attention to grade of cabinetry, finishes, where the scratches and dents are and if they will show, other than that, you may be in luck!

I wish I could give 0 stars. This place has the rudest people I've ever seen. I can't believe this place stays in business. The place is a literal dump! Doesn't look like anyone has dusted the place in years. They had fixtures that must have been there since the 1970's. Almost everything is damaged. Beware...they will not let you return anything for any reason. Stay away from this place.

Had an installer come in and tell me they were unable to do the job because he did not have the supplies he needed and had to go to Little Rock to get them! My husband went and bought supplies locally and was able to do it himself. Would NOT recommend this company's installers. Absolutely horrible experience. Installer was a complete liar and just did not want to do his job.

WOW , Being courious , I read some of the posted reviews . Excuse me if I'm wrong , but I didn't see a "Nordstrom" sign out front . As a contractor , I've been able to find exactly what fits the bill. Some of my customers are looking for a less expensive way to remodel , or save on a few items . When you're capable of knowing what you need & flexible enough to remedy a situation , I can actually save my customers some cash . My theory is : if you visit a store and not " getting your way" or unhappy , leave . Posting things that bother you , may not bother others , and they would miss out on a good buy ..

This place has two buildings. I've only been inside the building on the right: looks like a warehouse. There is no heating or cooling in the warehouse, so dress for the weather. Usually once you enter the warehouse it will seem as if no one is working their, haha. However, just walk inside check the room to the left (upon entering the warehouse there is a closed door to the left, just open door and enter and give a haller.) If no one seems to be in the room then just proceed inside the warehouse your bound to find someone.

The last time I visited I needed planks for shelving. The guys there are helpful and easy to talk to. An addition, they are reasonable with prices and if there is some planks that are usable but are slightly bowed or curved, you can respectfully point it out and the reduced the price. It's great to have a place where you can bargain a little and both parties still come out on top. It's a must go check it out. They get new things constantly...so if they have it, grab it!

We bought about 260 square foot of tile from this place and about 100 square foot of it was completely unusable. Broken, cracked, chipped, a different color, different sizes. If you're looking for tile, just spend the extra .30 and buy it from somewhere else.
