It's okay it's a place to store your stuff that's actually in paulden. How are the people that don't live in Maine. There is somebody on site but you can't make payments to them . You either have to go online or mail it which can take forever.

The male business owner is very rude and hostile, we were putting our things back into the unit and we were trying to rush because we knew the closing time was coming up when we closed the unit door the owner comes out and threatened us that next time he’s going to lock the gate with us in it. He came out of his house very hostile telling us we needed to be out of there by sundown, granted the sun had just gone down not even 15 minutes ago. Terrible person and a terrible business owner. You can’t just make threats to people out there and specially when they live almost two hours away and they traveled awhile to get there and granted yes we know it’s private property but you can’t just threaten folks .We got there at about 4:45 4:50pm this has been the second time he’s randomly yelled at us for something. The last time it was in the middle of the day and he yelled at us about having our music to loud in the car. I don’t know what’s wrong with this man, but he can’t be treating customers like this, let alone people in general he doesn’t even know.
