The facility is the best for the pricing, management works with my schedule, if I need access a little earlier than they open, as long as I request a day in advance, Don the manager will be ready to allow access, not to mention if running late, they have stayed so I can empty tools for the night. Another plus, a few times Don has helped unload my tools so I can get home to my family at a reasonable hour, thanks guys for being human. I deducted a star, based on condition of bldg and the fact that no elevator for smaller units on 2nd floor, but for the price and service, definitely 4-stars.

They were always convenient, and helpful. The place is in need of repairs, but it was dry inside during the rainy season, and our things were safe. Don was the best there, we were sorry to see him go. He was handy, competent, and you could rely on him for help.

Looks run down but units are dry are great. Price is cheap. I always make it a point to be friendly with mgmt. Get to know them. Naturally they'll take care of you...

Drove inside once to take a peak and the only things I noticed were homeless people living in multiple broken-in storage units and a man drinking a beer in his lawn chair, which was at 4 PM. And since there has been a lot of house robberies in the area lately anyone can easily put 2 and 2 together.

The place looks rundown at first glance, but the units are very clean and even better, bone dry. Management is slowly working on upgrades.

I would give it a 0. Our stuffs got stolen. Hard to get it resolved.
