They have no modern way of paying the bill. I liked the lady that ran it, but it seems I shouldn’t have. I have been working in a remote location in Alaska and was unable to pay the bill for a few months because I neither had access too purchasing a money order or going too a Walmart as was requested of me. I took a week off and flew to town to pay her, only to find out they had auctioned my belongings.

I had thousands of dollars worth of things in there. Most important to me was about $1500 worth my winter layers that I need very soon.

My bill was $280.

She tried to justify it by saying that she sent me a certified letter. A letter that I never received and found proof of that in my mail box today.

These people are thieves. Do not support their business. Do not store here.

Fantastic location and facility! New owners are in the process of making it even BETTER, with electronic gate, updated lighting and security cameras, and 24/7 access! Highly recommended if you need a good, safe facility for storage!
