My husband called James out to do plumbing work. James is not a licensed plumber, so please do not hire him to do plumbing work for you. James has been working on my tub for two days and received payment for work that has not been completed. My husband instructed me that I needed to go and purchase additional parts for the job to be completed. This was when I decided to call in a professional plumber (Benjamin Franklin). Benjamin Franklin gave me an estimate and told me that they could have the work completed in 2-3 hours. I have learned a costly lesson from this experience. First do not hire anyone that does not specialize in the work that you need to be done. Second go with a professional company that guarantees the work and parts. I already knew this, but that jackass of a husband is always trying to save a buck and ends up costing me additional money and time.
