Our regular courier Eric is amazing. He is always so nice to us and friendly. He isn’t out often, but when he is, sometimes we have no one to pick our outgoing mail and if we do, it is Austin and he is no comparison to Eric. He barely evens speaks to our office staff. The last time he came in, I ask why we didn’t have anyone the day before, he says he doesn’t know, he just shows up when he is told to

I called to get a quote, upon explaining my issue of being in the hospital and needed help getting something delivered, she snapped at me and asked "WHAT DO YOU WANT? WE ONLY DELIVER FOR MEDICAL!!" I'm alone to begin with. I apologized but this hurt me because I'm alone to begin with.
