We are thrilled with how our mylar bags turned out. They are exactly as we designed, colors are vibrant and their design team was very professional and easy to work with. A bit of patience is required on lead time but we actually received our shipment before we anticipated. We will be reordering for sure

Let me just say this is the worst company I have ever dealt with in this field. First order goes well and then it all went downhill ever since. The second order we received was a completely different color then what we asked for. Then right after we let that mishap slide our order gets screwed up again where they didn't send the correct number of boxes with the flavors we requested leading to us having to reorder and in that process the new order took very long to arrive. Next order they are taking a extremely long time to even work on our order its been over a month and counting. Terrible customer service terrible shipping estimates, terrible company. Let me help whoever is reading this by saying dont waste your time or money with this joke of a company.

I placed my order and my card was charged and I recieved a order confirmation email. Then about 3 days go by and not a word, no shipping/tracking, no nothing. so I emailed the company and waited 2 days go by no response and still no tracking info. I got online and started reading reviews and thought I had been taken. I only spent like 70 so if they got my money it wasn't the end of the world but still 70 dollars is 70 dollars. I got off work and was on my way home to try calling them but when I got home my package was on the doorstep. All was intact and packed really well. Even had an item I didn't order in there. So yes I'm very pleased with this company. Affordable and prompt. If they had better communication with customers I would have rated them 5. This could also be due to high volume of orders with christmas time and all. I will definitely give them more business after the holidays

This company is horrible! Never in all my years working retail or being a consumer have I dealt with such a company. I ordered something online. I got an email confirming my order. When I got my order the invoice said all of my items were in the box. But when I opened the box one of the items was missing. I called the company and they said they were out of the item. They could not tell me when it would be back in stock. When they looked up similar items they said they were also out of stock. When I asked for my money back they said it was against their policy. So basically they sell people things they don't have, charge them for it and when you call and complain they refuse to give you a refund. I have never been treated like this by a company in my life. They made me feel as if this was my fault and I was being riidiculous for wanting my money back. The girl I spoke to wouldn't even let me speak to a supervisor. Beware of this company they will steal your money!!!! This place should be shut down. Horrible and at Christmas no less. What a despicable world we live in when hard working honest people can be taken advantage of like this. Truly disgusting.

They are not a reputable business. I've ordered multiple times from them in the past. I tried to place a order today and they would not honor the price I've paid them in the past for the exact same packaging. They try telling me they would match a competitors price but not there own?! They tried telling me the price I got was a special for just the month I ordered it in. That's not true I've ordered at the same price in different months. They tried telling me my sale representative I'm assigned to is out of the office and they made me email them copies of my past receipts. I did that showing the price I've paid before and still they will not honor it. They are dishonest, cheating, rude, and will not be going any more of my companies business.

This company makes fraudulent claims and ships 2 weeks late. They charge a premium for two day shipping and then fail to deliver the order for two weeks. Do not do business with this company as they will not refund money or shipping cost even when they drop the ball. Horrible customer service ilied to multiple times over the phone. This company also operates as marijuanapackaging.com. frauds scammer and liars .
