If I could give them zero, I would. Is the worst company to get loaded. After waiting 8-9 hours after my appointment time, they make you wait another hour or so for your BOL. Every one from checking IN and Out sitting in their phones and telling me that my paperwork is not ready yet. Avoid this place at any costs.

If you are a owner operator avoid this place unless you want to reset your hours after I get rejected for having a short stake I'm just go to the nearby scrap yard and buy it,I come back and I saw they loading few trucks with no stakes that's a B/S from tenaris also I saw few drivers on tennis shoes and no high visibility vests I know safety matters but here they have the chosen ones you know what I mean,

The worst experience anybody could have at a loading site. They will make you wait 7-8 hours and then still will treat you with disrespect. My weight was over on trailer axle and they close loading at 7 at 6:45 they told me to wait till next day to move the load.

0 stars if possible. Had our driver wait here 26 hours. 6 hours only waiting for paperwork. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST.

Very slow at loading up trucks for pipe loads. Be prepared to wait 3 to 4 hours if not longer. Today I waited 8 hours to get loaded. Staff is very unfriendly and will turn you around for the slightest thing.

Staff is curious and friendly but they don't always have the load loaded when it supposed to be but sometimes trap happens and you gotta wait. It's the trucking industry so we deal with it.

This was definitely “fun”.
I’m giving 2 stars, because staff is ok, but everything else is crazy here!
Took me 6 hrs to get loaded and now I’m waiting for my paperwork, 40 mins and counting.
There’s mud everywhere and 23 billion mosquitos flying around. I also found 8 long screws on the ground around my truck, will be great idea to check tires after loading.
Everything is done in super slow motion and even tiniest things become a challenge.
BTW, their scale is lying. Give or take 2000 lbs…
I’ll never come back here, even if they have the last flatbed load in the universe.
This place just shouldn’t exist!

Unlike a lot of other driver reviews you'll read, my experience was just fine. I had a 2100 appt, I arrived at 2045, and I was loaded and rolling out around 2330. They do have rules, and those rules must be followed, so don't get on your trailer. They provide the dunnage and are quick at loading. EVERYONE I dealt with was extremely friendly as well. I would've probably given 5 stars, but the staging area needs a little attention to drainage.
