Visited this beauty supply store with my daughter as they apparently have everything she needs or wants as far as beauty supplies are concerned. I stepped into the store to take a look a men's fragrances and they had a nice selection and some good prices and deals on some of the fragrances on the day I visited the store.

The only reason I deducted a star from the review is because the selection, at least for men's fragrances, was minimal. It would be nice if it was expanded. Overall, still a good store.

Plans sometimes fall through. On the day of my wedding, I had to find hair and makup stylists at the last minute. I was so happy they were able to fit me in for my hair, as well as put up with my frustration. My big day was perfect.

They were not helpful you can tell they don’t work off commission! I was in the store walking around lost for about 5 minutes no one ever asked if I needed anything. There were at least 4 associates behind the registers with only one person in line and at least 2 passed by me and did not ask did I need any help!! I’m a woman of color I never see anyone working there that looks like me that can assist with my needs that knows more about melanated skin and what products would work best for a woman of Color!! Ulta needs to expand the diversity in their staff. Women of all nationalities love to look beautiful and shop here and should be able to come to a store and their associates be knowledgeable of the products they push to sell!

i’ve gone twice this year and both times i’ve gone the employees are nowhere and everywhere at the same time. they never come up and ask if we’re okay and it’s impossible to get help. i walked around for probably 10 minutes yesterday and didn’t get asked if i needed help. had to ask an employee, who was just in the back talking, for help and she looked annoyed the whole time i asked for help and ended our interaction as quickly as she could

I can’t speak highly enough of Celine Zuniga, my hair stylist, now at Ulta in Jonesboro, AR. Celine is passionate about her gift. First she’ll listen to you thoughts and your style preferences and or concerns. She offers her opinion helping me to consider things I hadn’t thought of. Most important to me, her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity, attention to detail and most important to me her work ethics… in today’s world, these qualities are so appreciated. You’ll see it in her work. She does not disappoint. I have and will continue to recommend her to family and friends.

PS-I drive 2hrs just for her service. Totally worth it!!!

Presley is THE WORST employee at this location. Rude attitude, acted like we were “no good” while smelling perfume. Seemed as though we were a bother and as another customer was coming to help us she states “let me get finished with them, they’re just smelling”. We ended up leaving the store with $400 worth of perfume for someone who is “just smelling.”

We went to get my husband's beard trimmed and the lady was very kind she did an amazing job in the highly recommend ultra beauty for everyone they only charged him $10 which is a great deal

It's a neat and clean store the workers are friendly. I picked up my free birthday gift it was a mascara called Too Faced Better Than Sex!!! And everything it says it does it is so True!! Am going to buy another it's going to be my new mascara that I will use for now on.
