Do not show up late here cause they will refused here. First you have to park on the street, you will see lots of tractor trailer parked there then walk to the guard shack and hand in you paperwork, then go back to your truck and they will call you to come pick up some paperwork you need to hand to the lumper guy, then go back and get your truck and head to the assigned door and hand in the paperwork package to lumper by door 30. As soon as they unload you they will send you the lumper bill and as soon as you pay that your paperwork will be back at the guard shack on the way out. Be prepared for a long wait, the longest I have had to wait is about 6 hours and the shortest is about 3. Yep they take lots of breaks.
Be prepared to get a box or two refused as they’re extremely picky here, almost no one leaves with a 100% empty trailer here they always only will take 99.9 % of your load.

DO NOT COME THIS PLACE.!
Even if they pay you $2000 for 200 miles. Still, do not come here.
Checked in by 4am appointment, and now it is 5pm already. Not just me, 7 other trucks are also held hostage with me! This is how they actually work.! Do not come deliver this facility.! Got only 900$ for 150 miles, and took two days now. They count each and every boxes, and charge you for lumper right after 2 hours they give you a door.!
DO NOT COME HERE PLEASE.!

UPDATE: After 8 hours, they rejected the load, snack foods for damaged product. Eight hours later.! Spent whole day for nothing now and stuck in the middle!

This place is super tight to park they want you to drop the trailer. and to do a circle inside here even tighter .. and all the Krasdale truck are parked in the middle not even a care in the world that you got to deliver because they are loading up there pallet jacks and they are taking there time.

I deliver to Krasdale and it can take up to 6hrs between unloading, counting and paperwork and Lumpers are super expensive, I paid 655 for a 600+ case load but the folks there are always very nice and do try to get you out faster when possible!

For a business that relies on drivers , they should be way more considerate of our time . They absolutely don’t care. I don’t mind the bad attitude but making everyone wait 7 hrs to get unloaded is completely unacceptable. Horrible company

I am writing to all the truck drivers, do not come here, they are rude, they keep the fresh products waiting for a day, the woman in the office is very rude and extremely rude, the truck drivers are not employees of this place, we serve the people of New York and people buy fresh products, but we only expect respect and politeness.

This place takes so long time for unload. My appointment time is 4, checked in at 4.20, backed into dock at 4.30, paid lumper fee at 7.30. Now, 9.30 still haven't got call yet. I don't understand why it takes serval hours. Their attitude is good but seems something wrong with their system
