Great place for drivers. No overnight parking but opens at 5:30am. You can park on the street. Lots of room to maneuver. Forklift fees apply. Friendly staff. When driving, take Burma Rd. then right onto Thomas McGovern Drive.

Arrived at approximately 9:30 for my 9:30 appointment, give or take maybe 5 minutes. Got straight to a door. Dock plate was down right away. Positive signs, right?
Took nearly 3 hours to finally begin unloading, said because of needing floor space. In the meantime, employees are checking their phones while leaning against pallets, laying on pallets, sitting on pallets. If they were moving pallets, maybe there would be space. 🤷 Won't be back if it's up to me.

Bad company to deliver! Workers very slow. 6 pallets to unload took 22hrs.
Booked 1pm. Checked out next day 11am.
But you can visit statue of liberty park and watch New York towers from coast.

Hey Drivers. This place is garbage
I had 7:30 appointment due to a bomb Threat On I 85 South Carolina the highway was closed so I arrived here at 11 AM On Friday. I tried to explain that. They did not want to hear it. The broker had to reschedule delivery appointment for Monday 7:30 AM. Never coming back here

I deal with the drivers a few times each month. They make very large deliveries for us. I have all good things to say about Sysco Metro New York. They are professional and work very quickly and quietly. I highly recommend them for large or small orders.

I can't believe this is Sysco!!! This place collects your lumper fee ahead of time because they know that they are going to take their sweet ass time getting you unloaded. That has to be illegal because they take the lumper before they even count everything. Do not book a load until you are done here. No professionalism from the gate to the dock.
Got here at 615am, security doesn't say a word to me because she is to busy on her own phone, she uses hand signals to speak so disrespectful, the guys here have their pants hanging past their knees(clowns). They need a full overhaul , fire everyone. Sysco is a major distributor in the game. I'm calling corporate.
