I was a little worried because of the reviews, but I don't think this place is that terrible. I had a 10:00AM appointment, got there around 11:00AM, checked in and right away was given a door, they will also give you an air line gland lock that you need to place yourself. This warehouse is tight. PLEASE DON'T BE AN A**HOLE, DROP THE TRAILER AND GO PARK AROUND THE BUILDING. THEY CLEARLY ASK YOU TO DO THAT. I saw so many people struggling to park there, I felt bad for them. Getting inside the warehouse you'll navigate thru an ocean of dropped trailer containers. You'd definitely need to know how to back in such tight places. I really didn't have any issues. Just set up yourself right and you will not hit the yellow concrete barrier in front of the dropped trailers. I saw 3 guys lose their bumpers. Once you've docked, drop the trailer and go find bobtail parking space around the building so that way the next person parking next to you doesn't struggle. The shipping office will give you a call once they've taken care of you. They took about 90 minutes to load me up. After getting loaded, they called me and asked Me to come to the office to pick up the paperwork and drop the air line gland lock. After that you need to stop by security and show them your paperwork and ID, they'll snap a picture of you and then you're good to go.

Place is a zoo. 20 trucks lined up on street to get in, 6+ waiting to get out. All waiting for the lone security guard to check credentials.
Eventually you get to an office, get on line stuffed into a small room with other truckers, eventually get a door & a glad hand lock. Place chocks and lock your own trailer (you are responsible for THEIR safety). Drop trailer and wait a few hours to get a phone call so you can get back on line at the office to get the lock key, go unlock your own trailer and hook it, then get back on line for your documents. Then get back on line for the lone guard to let you out.
PS. If you need to take a leak, there is a petri dish, (aka porta-potty) for your convenience (or you can do what the other dogs do).

They seem to take a lot of time getting you loaded recently I have been getting loaded a little faster but it’s better to get there early

Portable toilet outside

-Get a piece of paper at gate and fill out before going to office. Plate number needed
-After gate follow the white arrow until stop sign. Sometimes long line be patient
-Go 1st window to check in and receive gladhand rock.
-Wait at 2nd window for door number
-Park at the dock and unhook your trailer and go other side of building
-Receive loaded call
-Back to the office for paperwork
-Bring your paperwork and ID to security. They take your face picture. I’m

System is a little dumb, and it's a little slow, but not to bad. The lady at the guard shack was really nice.

Absolutely horrible! Got here at 3, it's 430 and can't make it to my assigned door because of the traffic! Absolutely horrible!

I won't be able to get to my door until llc 3 trucks leave the gate and the truck in front of me moves to his door!

I will NEVER take another load out of here again.

Absolutely no problem (!) The only thing you need is to have time for morning traffic jams and time to check in

Honestly, I have no complaints. Pull up to guard shack then follow the arrows to stop sign . Check in once you reach the red line . You get a door immediately. Drop trailer and unhook . The parking is NOT THAT BAD. People are exaggerating. It’s not bad . The aerial view looks for more crowded . There were no trailers I front of docks . Keep in mind I came in for glass (empty bottles ) not filled beer bottles . Checkin / out and loading took about 1 hour . They call you asap when load is ready . It’s not that bad .
