I have been waiting for a package from here since December 2nd, but will never get it because they employ thieves. They simply stole my package of a rare autograph because they wanted it, and they couldn't afford to buy it. So they simply stole mine. This is one of the worst distribution centers in the nation, but because it is ran by the government you can bet your bottom dollar absolutely nothing will ever happen. They should be under constant surveillance here.

I ordered a Christmas gift for my grandchild. It looks like it originated from this facility. it made it through one or two more States before I got the notice that it was going to be arriving late. When I looked for the reason why, it said insufficient postage. Now my package is sitting In Limbo somewhere. Why this was not caught at the original destination point, and sent back to the sender so sufficient funds could be put on the package to be sent my way, I don't know. I am unsure if this is a postal service issue or the company that I ordered the item from issue. Just very frustrating knowing that my item is out there sitting in a facility collecting dust.
I gave two stars because I don't know if this is a sender issue or a postal issue. But my feeling is that the insufficient issue should have been caught at this facility as this is where it originated from.

I sent a package it was sent to the flushing distribution center and never left. It’s been sitting there for five days. It was supposed to be delivered to North Carolina on December 28 but it’s still in flushing after tracking it down. This is ridiculous. What are you guys doing over there?

You cannot even get in contact with these people, and once your package is still in transit, you can’t even get a hold of your item because it needs to be scanned. I’ve been waiting since November 2024 and now it is January 2025 and I still haven’t received my package.

I made an order on Dec 18th and it was supposed to be in Buffalo at least the 24 the latest. It's been back and forth to different facilities around new York city, then made it once to buffalo, then went back to new York and has been bouncing around ever since. So much for paying shipping and handling 🤦
Update * package finally made it to buffalo on Jan 4, 2025.

Sent a parcel from the UK to LA. My parcel has been stuck in Transit for about 2 weeks since arriving at this Centre. There's no way a foreigner can contact USPS regarding the status. I hope the parcel wasn't stolen.

My tracking shows that return package has been at this processing and distribution center for over two weeks! I started an investigation on the tracking, still waiting a response.
