Booked a load with Cody Lowell on 10/13 from CA to NJ, load picking up on 10/14. Agreed on rate, received rate con, signed rate con, confirmed everything with Cody we were good to go. Driver dead headed to Sacramento CA to be ready first thing in the AM. Morning of 10/14 I received an email stating costumer canceled. I said fine, send me a TONU (absolutely reasonable and practical thing to request). Cody first stated she will request, then after 3 days said that customer didn’t give TONU due to them being government shipper ETC. after stating that I understand the circumstances but I don’t have a contract with her customer but with TLS I was given the run around.( today is 10/21) l. I sent 7+ email, called a few times but every time Cody wasn’t available or out of office or email wasn’t replied to. Long story short, don’t waste you’re time nor effort. If you can, move along. My personal opinion after reading these reviews is that they’re were price shopping but I have no proof and they obviously would never admit. Hope this helped.

Agreed on a rate with a broker, Chris, done a setup, waited for 30 minutes to get it, called them, didn't answered, after a few calls he told me that a load was covered by his coworker for less... I didn't even asked for a bigger rate, took it for offered amount.
What a bad way to do your business.

Use this broker (Cody Lovell) on truck stop for a load from a usaf base to fl. We confirmed rate and details and the driver was there 30 mins before pick up. When loaded drive asked if it was 10,300 pounds as quoted. We sent email to Cody Lowell pic of the load cause it wasn’t a Humvee as we were told. Cody confirm the load weight and said “yes that thing”. After looking at this i inform my driver to get a scale ticket. After reaching a scale house the real weight was 17600,. That’s 7,300 over the estimate and 2 feet taller then spec given. When bring this to the broker knowledge we were offered a 125 bucks in Tonu…. Which is sad because it wasted the driver whole day after 200 mile dead head. Cody was extremely combative and even hung up on us. We had to take care of contacting the shipper and getting all the duck in the row trying to get the load back in. If you are googling them to make sure there stand up company run away. She said even said on a record line that 2k over your 26k if your non cdl drive isn’t a misdemeanor. They seem very careless with dot knowledge . Beware of load booked thru Cody. She does not understand Fmcsa rules and reg.

The worst broker in the USA, don't work with this company, they're canceling loads without any reason for it. They canceled load with us and told "we found empty truck, sorry". But our truck was 100% okay with their pickup time. Also they're not going to provide you with TONU. Don't waste your time with this unreliable broker.
