I sincerely don't think that all one stars reviews are fake, perhaps from my point of view all this one star reviews are from current or ex customers if you really read carefully.
I personally agree with most of the complaints people have regarding the software, client since 2018.

We are so pleased with McLeod Software, I wonder if the one star reviews are fake. Our training and implementation was top-notch. Our on-site training and Go-Live went smoothly and our trainer was available to answer questions quickly even months after our Go-Live. Their customer service is exceptional, we are always treated with courtesy and our issues resolved quickly. I highly recommend partnering with McLeod Software.

I enjoy the customization that McLeod software has to offer. It can be complex at times, but we can drill it down to the functions that we need it to achieve. I recommend it to any broker or trucking company as it integrates with most other companies that you use to do business with. The one improvement that is needed is the speed in resolving technical issues and questions.

Garbage. Do not buy. They charge you a fortune for mediocre software, and monthly fees for the "Help Desk" for support that is non-existent. Their entire system is down now for the second time in a week, and the only answer I can get is "we are engaged with the provider". I regret ever buying.

If you're in transportation this software is an absolute must! DO more with LESS. We are going to be able to successfully leverage our existing employee without adding headcount as quickly as we otherwise would. Our brokerage is more profitable, and our company's success
