Good location. Entry for a 26" uhual was a bit tight with a sharp right, but manageable. Staff is friendly. Wasn't the cleanest unit, looks like some oil was spilled inside. But pretty large unit for the price

KO Storage was very cleaned. I love the cameras all around and the security gate was great knowing that no one was going to mess with anything my hats off y’all. You’re doing a good job thanks for the year. I was there. You kept my stuff very well until I found my own place.

Rates hav gone up like 2 times since we rented unit last year, however i talk district manager finally we came up a good plan since our current unit is a bigger unit then we really need. Tyvm😎

I got a climate control unit and it was very nice and what we liked the most is that we can back into the building unload pull the vehicle out and then take our stuff to the unit... We also liked the fact that they supplied carts and a dolly to help us move stuff into the storage unit from the front of the building...

They do offer decent storage space however they raise their prices not $5 or $10 but $35 every year, and it’s not even staffed.

Had some issues at first with signing up online. Received a call from customer support very quickly after our local place called them. I had their number but didn't even have a chance to call yet due to the chaos of moving. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and had me all fixed up in less than 10 minutes. So five starts to both our local Harrison, Ar site and the customer support!!! Also to add the unit was pristine and very easy to get to!

The website which I accessed from my iPhone was very challenging to maneuver thru:
1) It’s slow and cumbersome
2) Very hard to find the SPECIFIC location you are looking for. I had to scroll and scroll to find it
3) It’s tricky when there are more then 2 facilities in one city—it makes it very possible to accidentally oil the wrong one
3 ) it’s fairly simple o cr you eventually find the correct location
4) It becomes tricky again once you start signing the online lease agreement. At one point towards the end of the process, you can THINK you finished but you actually have not. If you do t scroll ALL the way down to the final last step or two you think you do t have anymore to do until you don’t receive and email confirmation.
5) The online website and booking to need a MAJOR overhaul
