Slow as molasses here no hurry to do anything 06:20 this morning and still waiting around for the call about paperwork at 10:26. Was in dock right away that was quick and easy and check in was as well but unload times are slow. They do have a sign up in the window at receiving about short staff cause of hurricane helene

Check in 5am for 6am appointment. Guard shake need your papers and id. Then they want your trailer seal.After they say go to the blue door driver entrance by the door #250.There they ask you for your phone number then they give you door. When green light don’t go inside wait for phone call for 20 minutes. If nobody call go inside. 2-3 hours take to unload

I’m not one that ever leaves a review but something needs to be fixed here. Not a good experience. Arrived 1 hour before appointment time. Took over 6 hours to get unloaded. No one available to communicate with and the few people once available not friendly, personable or professional at all. NEVER AGAIN will I accept a load to or from this place and I’d recommend to other drivers NOT to accept a load here as well.

THERE IS A REASON THAT THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A CHECK IN AND OUT TIME - see photo

I had a tolerable experience at this location, but I can certainly understand why people complain. Had I not had a DC to DC transfer and got loaded and out the door in less than an hour, I fully expect I would’ve been here half a day. They are not at all efficient, they are not overly friendly and I don’t think I would want to return again.

Very “friendly” stuff and environment. Full trailer arrived 5 am by appointment out 11:50. 1 truck per shift very nice job. So plan ahead if you have pick up after that you probably… no for sure gonna be late if it’s not after noon pu

The reviews are pretty accurate took 5 hours to get offloaded arrived 5am for a 6am appointment left at 10:08am 2 stars because everybody I interacted with was nice

If there is 0 star I will go with it, this place is really taking times I arrived here at 6:10 AM and spent my whole drive shift. This place is not like other Best Buy distribution centers completely deferent. I hope they bring some changes. Not a good experience

People here are just plain rude starting with the security and followed by the check in people. I figured it was just one of those days but after witnessing how they interacted with other drivers I realized that they must be miserable and hate there jobs. With that being said, arrived at 5:15 am for a 6:30 appointment and was called for a dock door at 5:45. Departed at 9:45.
