I delivered this morning 01/29/25 and i had a great experience on this place, i only saw one man working there but he was very gentle and respectful. Yes the place has a unusual location but it is absolutely duable to maneuver and back in to dock. I did not see any "no trucks" signs along the way.

Crazy location.
Warehouse located under the bridge....arroun all street have signs "NO TRUCK" and "ROAD WORK DETOUR", difficulties with arrival , difficulties with exit, no normal parking place for waiting, only one doc, no restroom...to backing truck on the door you need crazy maneuver between the bridge supporting columns...
guys, remember this location, if you want avoid damage your trucks - do not place an order for delivery to this facility !!!

Not sure why some of the reviews mention tight spaces. There's plenty of space. Roads leading here is mostly highway.
( 540 to 59 to 255 to company. ) ( US64 is prohibited for trucks, but why would you drive through the city anyway if you can use the 540 bypass)
Staff is friendly. And unload was decent .

Who thought of putting a business under the dam freeway... Then have the nerve to want big rigs coming in here... it's not exactly impossible but it's A dam headache to turn down these small as streets... they really need to start looking for a bigger location 😕

Not fastest place bridge pillars in the way of parking on the dock just take extra time to safely back up. Its FCFS as most AB warehouses they dont ask for apt.

The reviews to this place for truck drivers delivering is kinda silly this place is in a weird location but as long as you call ahead for directions you will be fine dock isn't really that difficult to get into either.....

According to another driver that delivers here quite often, I fell under the category of, the unlucky drivers. This unloader was taking off a pallet a time and doing his thing, as in scanning each case, placing the pallet in its designated place, then going back for another pallet. At times, the trailer didn't shake for 5 or more mins at a time. Apparently, the lucky drivers, get their loads taken off in a straight unload, then once off loaded, the unloader does his thing with each pallet.... i was there for over 2hrs.

Not the best location or the most convenient docks to get in, but the service was good for me in and out in about an hour truck unloaded
